Headquartered in Omaha and trusted across the Midwest by corporate clients, we build complete experiences — games, bubble stations, and mini golf — on-site for summits, offsites, and brand launches. Three brands, one unified production, fully staffed and backed by a full professional audio system to bring your event to life.
Every package is a complete games, bubble, and mini golf experience — fully staffed and turnkey. Scale up the footprint, the games, and the course; every tier includes a full professional audio system to bring your event to life.
A high-output foam cannon finale to close out any activation — or deploy it standalone for retreats and after-parties. Add it to any package above.
Not every event needs the full build. Our LED mini golf travels on its own as a self-contained corporate experience — for offsites, trade show booths, holiday parties, and client appreciation days.
It's the experience blue-chip brands book à la carte — including LinkedIn, Progressive, Runza, and M.U.D.
We were brought in as an activation partner for the flagship summer event series at the nation's #1-ranked zoo — a multi-night, family-focused program at one of the region's largest attractions.
Across three events, our crews helped entertain just shy of 3,000 attendees, deploying our games, bubble, and interactive experiences alongside the venue's own programming. Multi-night execution, high family headcounts, and a top national institution's operating standard — handled end to end by our staffed crews.
"Your team was helpful and made the whole experience more enjoyable — we loved having you as part of the series."— Director of Events, top-ranked national zoo

Our production logistics are built to travel. From corporate campuses to resort takeovers, we transport the entire infrastructure — carnival builds, putting fairways, cannons, and crew — so your activation feels permanent, premium, and impossible to forget.
From our Omaha base, we drive the full production — games, builds, bubble rigs, and crew — across the region. The farther the haul, the more we stack into the trip.
We're not a party rental — we're a vendor your team can onboard, insure, and trust on a corporate campus.
$1M general liability and $1M auto, plus Sexual Abuse & Molestation (SAM) coverage for events with minors. COI and additional-insured endorsements on request.
W-9, COI, and your standard vendor paperwork handled up front. We've cleared procurement for enterprise clients before.
Water and foam elements run with full containment, surface protection, and complete teardown — your space leaves the way it came.
Every activation is fully staffed by trained operators. We run setup, the event, and cleanup so your team never lifts a thing.
Campus lawns, ballrooms, parking structures, resorts. We scope power, footprint, and a weather contingency for every build.
One accountable operator from first call to final teardown. No handoffs, no subcontractor roulette.
One producer-led team pulls the entire activation together, end to end. You're not renting equipment — you're hiring the people who own the outcome.
Matt started Foamaha in 2023 with a single foam cannon and a belief that events should feel like something people remember for years. Within roughly two years that became 700+ events and a portfolio of experience brands — Foamaha, Main Street Carnival, and Putt & ParTee — run as one production company. Before Foamaha, he spent a decade as an executive on the Las Vegas Strip in entertainment and retail, learning at scale what it takes to deliver experiences that move people. He brought that standard to the Midwest with one idea: this shouldn't be a party vendor, it should be infrastructure.
Hugh owns the day — every load-in, the crews, and day-of operations from setup to final teardown, so the client never has to think about logistics. He brings a background in hospitality operations and a standard of execution that holds up under pressure, no matter the headcount.
Popular dates fill months out, especially summer and the holiday season. 2026 availability is limited and 2027 scheduling is now open — the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on your date.
A signed agreement and a 30% deposit secure your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event.
All dry experiences — carnival games, mini golf, and gem mining — can move indoors or under cover. Foam and bubble elements require an outdoor or pre-approved covered space. We finalize the weather plan with you during planning, so there's a clear contingency before event day.
We scope footprint and power for your exact venue during planning. We run both indoor and outdoor — campus lawns, ballrooms, lobbies, parking structures, and resort grounds.
We're fully insured — $1M general liability and $1M auto, plus Sexual Abuse & Molestation (SAM) coverage for events involving minors. Certificates of Insurance and additional-insured endorsements are available on request, and standard vendor onboarding — W-9, COI — is no problem.
Each package includes its listed experiences, fully staffed, with our full professional audio system. The Foam Finale and extended hours beyond the base 4-hour window are add-ons. Standalone corporate golf can be booked on its own.
Travel is included within 75 miles of Omaha — covering the metro, Council Bluffs, and Lincoln. Drive-tier and destination travel beyond that is quoted by region. We've deployed across multiple states; tell us where you're headed.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are charged the full balance; cancellations 15–30 days out are charged 50%. Where possible, we'll work with you to reschedule rather than cancel.
